Student Sponsorship

Sponsor a Student in Gaza — Help Keep Education Alive

In Gaza, continuing an education has become increasingly difficult. Humanitarian hardship, displacement, and loss of family income have made it challenging for many families to meet their children’s basic educational needs.

Yet, thousands of students continue to hold on to their education and their hope for a better future.

Through the Sponsor a Student in Gaza program, Salam Horizon | Tariq Al-Salam supports school and university students, helping them continue their education while easing the financial burden on their families.

What Can Your Sponsorship Support?

Depending on the student’s educational level and individual needs, your sponsorship can help cover essential education-related expenses, including:

• Tuition and education-related fees.

• Books, stationery, and school supplies.

• Essential needs that help students continue their studies.

• Educational support for university students.

• Assistance that helps ease the financial burden on affected families.

More Than Temporary Assistance

Sponsoring a student means helping them stay on the path of education and pursue their ambitions despite the challenges surrounding them.

Education provides more than knowledge. It gives young people the opportunity to develop their skills, become more self-reliant, support their families, serve their communities, and contribute to a better future.

The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ said: “Whoever follows a path in pursuit of knowledge, Allah will make easy for him a path to Paradise.” — Sahih Muslim
